TTB11 is more than just an online betting and casino platform – we're a digital entertainment community built specifically for Malaysian players. From slots and Live Casino to Sports Betting on badminton and football, TTB11 exists with one goal: to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience for every player across Malaysia.
Every decision TTB11 makes – from platform design to promotional choices – comes back to these two core principles.
To provide Malaysian players with the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable digital entertainment platform — with easy access, fast payouts, and promotions that truly deliver value. We believe playing should be a positive experience, not a source of stress.
To become the number one digital entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian players — known not just for the variety of games on offer, but for our integrity, transparency, and commitment to the well-being of our player community. TTB11 aims to be a brand that Malaysian players are proud to be part of.
Every TTB11 player deserves the same quality of service – whether you're a new member making your first RM10 deposit, or an Elite VIP member with high monthly turnover. We promise to always listen, keep improving, and put your interests first in every decision we make.
These aren't empty claims – they're the concrete things TTB11 does differently to make sure Malaysian players get the best possible experience.
All personal data, financial transactions, and gaming activity on TTB11 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption – the highest security standard in the digital finance industry. None of your information is stored in plain text; everything is encrypted and secured against unauthorised access.
TTB11 processes all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours – among the fastest in Malaysia's digital entertainment industry. Deposits come through in under 3 minutes via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Boost, and ShopeePay. Your money, your access – whenever you need it.
All TTB11 slots and digital casino games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third-party body. Live casino games use real physical cards dealt by human dealers, visible to you in real time via HD video stream – no tricks, no manipulation.
The TTB11 support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — and communicates fluently in Bahasa Malaysia. You won't need to rely on machine translations or communicate in a language that isn't your own. Reach us via Live Chat within the platform or email support@ttb11.click for immediate assistance.
Over 85% of TTB11 players game on smartphones – so we've made sure that every aspect of the platform, from menu navigation to the Live Casino interface, is fully optimised for a smooth mobile experience on both Android and iOS, with no separate app download required.
TTB11 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits that you can set directly within your account. A self-exclusion program is also available for players who need it. Entertainment is the goal here – not financial stress.
From a small platform with a few hundred members to a community of over 850,000 Malaysian players – this is the TTB11 journey we're proud of.
TTB11 officially launched with an initial focus on the online slots and Live Casino market for Malaysian players. The platform offered fewer than 50 games at the time, but a commitment to security and fast payouts was central to its identity from day one.
Just one year after launch, TTB11 reached 50,000 registered members — a milestone that exceeded the team's initial expectations. That same year, the Sports Betting section went live with a focus on EPL and Malaysia Super League football, making TTB11 a more complete platform.
TTB11 expanded its Live Casino section by adding over 30 new tables, including live baccarat, roulette, and blackjack with professional dealers. A five-tier VIP Rewards Programme – from Bronze to Elite – was also introduced to recognise and reward player loyalty.
Recognising Malaysian players' passion for badminton, TTB11 launched a dedicated badminton betting section covering all major BWF tournaments. Esports betting was also introduced, reflecting the rapid growth of Malaysia's gaming community.
TTB11 integrates all major Malaysian e-wallet payment methods – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and DuitNow – making deposits and withdrawals easier than ever. Total membership reached 300,000 by year end.
TTB11's Progressive Jackpot System launched with a continuously growing prize pool. The highest jackpot on record has surpassed RM2.8 million – won by a member from Kuala Lumpur. Registered members surged to 600,000 by the end of 2023.
TTB11 now serves over 850,000 registered members across Malaysia and continues to grow. The platform is constantly updated with new features, additional games, and increasingly creative promotions. There's still a long road ahead for TTB11 – and we're glad you're part of it.
These values aren't just posters on an office wall – they're the principles we uphold in everything we do for Malaysian players.
TTB11 believes players deserve to know how things work. From clearly written promotion terms to openly displayed game RTP percentages – we don't hide anything important. Transparency is the foundation of trust, and trust is the foundation of everything.
The security of players' data and funds is an absolute priority for TTB11 – one that has never been compromised in the name of growth or profit. Every new feature goes through a rigorous security audit before it is released to players. We invest in security infrastructure every year because that is our commitment to you.
Every TTB11 promotion is designed around one question: "Does this genuinely add value for the player?" If the answer is no, it doesn't get launched. We measure success not by how many promotions we run, but by how much real value each one delivers to players.
TTB11 listens. Player feedback submitted via Live Chat, email, and in-platform reviews is collected and discussed at weekly team meetings. Some of TTB11's most popular features today – including Sports Betting Cash Out and Weekly Free Spins – came directly from suggestions made by our player community.
TTB11 takes our social responsibility seriously. We provide easily accessible self-control tools, clear responsible gaming information, and support for players who need help. Healthy entertainment is our goal — not just profit.
TTB11 was built for Malaysia, by a team that truly understands the local context – the language, cultural celebrations, favourite sports, and everyday life of Malaysians. We take pride in our identity as a Malaysian platform, and in serving a community with such a rich passion for sports and entertainment.

TTB11 is driven by a dedicated team of professionals who share one passion: delivering the best digital entertainment experience for Malaysian players.
Over 12 years of experience in Malaysia's financial technology and digital entertainment industry. Leading TTB11's vision as the most trusted digital entertainment platform in the region.
A specialist in user experience design with a background in consumer psychology. Responsible for ensuring every player interaction with TTB11 is positive, seamless, and meaningful.
The architect behind TTB11's platform systems, with deep expertise in cybersecurity and large-scale infrastructure. Responsible for keeping the TTB11 platform secure, stable, and fast for all players, 24/7.
The creative force behind all of TTB11's promotions. With a deep understanding of what Malaysian players value, she ensures every TTB11 offer genuinely reflects the real needs of the local player community.
TTB11 was not born out of a giant multinational corporation with no real understanding of Malaysian players. We were founded by Malaysians who know exactly what local players want — convenience, transparency, security, and a genuinely enjoyable gaming experience free from worry. Since the platform launched in 2018, our goal has always remained the same: make TTB11 a place where Malaysian players can enjoy themselves with peace of mind, confident that their money is safe and that they are treated fairly.
In a digital entertainment industry full of platforms that come and go, TTB11 has endured and grown – not through heavy marketing spend, but by keeping our promises to players, one at a time. When a player submits a withdrawal request at 2 a.m., the funds are still processed within 2 hours. When a player runs into a technical issue during a live match, the TTB11 support team is there within minutes. It's these small things that build trust – and that trust is what has brought over 850,000 Malaysian players into the TTB11 community today.
We understand that Malaysian players lead busy lives – working through the day, coming home to family in the evenings, and squeezing in entertainment whenever the moment allows. That's why TTB11 is built to run flawlessly on smartphones, with no heavy app download eating into your phone's storage. Open your browser, log in, and you're ready to play within 30 seconds – from anywhere, at any time.
TTB11's payment options are also designed around the real needs of Malaysian players. We know that many Malaysians use Touch 'n Go eWallet for nearly everything in their daily lives – so we've made sure that deposits and withdrawals via TnG are as seamless as possible. The same goes for GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks – all methods that are already deeply embedded in everyday Malaysian life. There's no need to open a new account or navigate an unfamiliar payment system.
TTB11 understands that Malaysian players aren't one and the same. Some are drawn to the thrill of slots with life-changing progressive jackpots. Others prefer the calm, strategic nature of Live Casino games like blackjack and baccarat alongside professional dealers. Some feel their adrenaline peak when watching Malaysian badminton at the BWF World Tour with a bet riding on the outcome. And some simply enjoy trying their luck at the roulette table on a weekend.
TTB11 is here for all of them. Our slots collection spans hundreds of titles from the world's leading game providers – from classic 3-reel slots to video slots with cinematic graphics and complex bonus rounds. TTB11's live casino offers over 24 active tables running 24/7 with trained and certified professional dealers. Our Sports Betting section covers Malaysia Super League and EPL football, BWF badminton, e-sports, and more – with odds updated every minute and live in-play betting features that make every match more exciting.
One thing TTB11 is especially proud of is our approach to promotions. We don't believe in promotions that look impressive on paper but are loaded with hidden conditions that are nearly impossible to meet. Every TTB11 promotion – from the 100% Welcome Bonus up to RM500 for new members, Weekly Cashback up to 15% for VIP members, 5% live Sports Betting rebate, to Weekly Free Spins – is designed with the lowest rollover requirements and terms written clearly and plainly.
We also celebrate the moments that matter most on the Malaysian calendar alongside our players. For Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, National Day, and major Malaysian sporting events like the Thomas Cup – TTB11 is always there with special promotions that honour the Malaysian identity and pride we share with every one of our players. That's what it truly means to be a Malaysian platform, not just a platform that happens to operate in Malaysia.
TTB11 acknowledges the reality that digital entertainment, if left unchecked, can have a negative impact on some individuals. We take this responsibility seriously. TTB11's platform provides a comprehensive suite of self-control tools – daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set yourself; session time limits with automatic reminders; and a self-exclusion option if you feel you need a break from gaming.
We also train our TTB11 customer support team to recognise signs that a player may need help, and to approach them with empathy and care – never judgement. Responsible gaming information is readily accessible within the platform, and we encourage all players to read it. Genuine wins and meaningful entertainment can only happen when players play in a healthy, responsible way – and TTB11 is committed to supporting that.
TTB11 takes every member's personal data protection seriously. All information you provide during registration and platform use – including your name, phone number, transaction records, and game data – is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and never shared with any third party without your explicit consent. TTB11 adheres to industry best practices for data protection within the digital entertainment space. To fully understand how we collect, use, and protect your data, please read our TTB11 Privacy Policy in full.
